- เข้มงวดการปล่อยน้ำเสียตั้งแต่ต้นทางในพื้นที่แหล่งการค้าประเภทตลาด นำร่องตลาดภายใต้สังกัด กทม.

ตลาดเป็นแหล่งพาณิชยกรรมและเศรษฐกิจสำคัญประเภทหนึ่งของคนเมือง จากสถิติพบว่าตลาดเป็นแหล่งกำเนิดน้ำเสียที่มีค่าความเข้มข้นสูง โดยในพื้นที่กรุงเทพฯ มีจำนวนตลาดกระจายตัวอยู่มากถึง 292 แห่ง และมีตลาดที่อยู่ภายใต้การดูแลของสำนักงานตลาด กทม.จำนวน 13 แห่ง

การกำกับดูแลและการประกอบกิจการตลาดในพื้นที่กรุงเทพฯ จะอยู่ภายใต้ความรับผิดชอบของ กทม.และสำนักงานเขต ด้วยเงื่อนไขการขออนุญาตจัดตั้งตลาด และข้อบัญญัติกรุงเทพมหานครเรื่องตลาด

เพื่อจัดการปัญหาน้ำเสียตั้งแต่ต้นทาง กทม.จะดำเนินการเชิงรุกในการนำร่องปรับปรุงระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียในตลาดให้มีความทันสมัยเป็นไปตามค่ามาตรฐาน ด้วยการบำบัด 2 ขั้นตอนรูปแบบ onsite treatment ก่อนปล่อยน้ำเสียลงสู่แหล่งน้ำและท่อระบายน้ำสาธารณะ

ในระยะกลางและระยะยาวจะออกแบบกลไกและความร่วมมือให้เกิดการดำเนินการในพื้นที่ตลาดของเอกชน

Details

Markets are important commercial and economic spaces for city people. According to the statistics, markets are the sources of high-concentration wastewater. There are as many as 292 markets throughout Bangkok. Thirteen markets are under the supervision of the BMA.

The operations of the markets in the Bangkok area are under the responsibility of BMA and the district offices, according to the rules on obtaining permission to establish a market and the BMA Ordinance regarding markets.

BMA will take proactive actions to standardize and improve wasterwater treatment systems in the markets by using the two-step onsite treatment before draining water into water resources and the public sewers to eliminate wastewater problems from the sources.

There will be mechanisms and cooperations for private markets in the middle term and the long term.
